Steph was extraordinarily aggressive in every aspect of the trial, leading to loss after loss for the prosecution until the government finally dismissed all charges.
Marine Corps Court Martial
Client was a Marine Corps drill instructor accused of sexually assaulting a fellow DI. Steph expertly defended Client in a general court-martial where he was found NOT GUILTY of all charges. The senior officer of the panel told Steph, “If I didn’t know better, I would have thought you were a prior service Marine.”
