Abusive Sexual Contact

Client, a Petty Officer Second Class, was charged at an ADSEP Board with 3 Charges and 15 specifications of abusive sexual contact, sexual harassment, and a no contact order violation. The case involved 4 alleged victims. Steph relentlessly fought to show that the alleged victims weren’t credible, including talking to one who recanted her original statement. After presenting all the evidence to the Board and making a thorough argument on behalf of her Client, the Board found NO BASIS on all 15 allegations.
