Accused of Creating a Hostile Work Environment
Client was a Petty Officer First Class accused of creating a hostile work environment. Client’s command repeatedly surprised Client by taking action against him without informing him in advance, trying to convince him to take steps not in his own best interest, and ultimately conducting an NJP in violation of Navy rules and regulations, trampling on the Client’s due process. Steph helped the Client with an appeal, which was ultimately denied. The appeal mitigated the originally alleged offenses so well that the Separation Authority chose not to convene an ADSEP Board, despite the nature of the alleged offenses.
