Desertion Investigation

Client was an Army deserter who fled because he was being bullied and hazed by his immediate chain of command. It led him to be suicidal and go AWOL instead of the worst-case scenario. Steph interviewed witnesses and directly engaged with his Battalion Commander to explain the situation and facilitate face-to-face interactions that led to him being moved from his company, mentored by SNCOs who cared, and continuing his career in the Army.
