Army Specialist Client was charged in NJP with two specifications of failure to go and false official statements. Abby worked to prepare a package for him responding to the Article 15, but the command disregarded it all. Abby drafted a scathing appeal of the proceedings. The appeal was granted in full by the CG, with the entire Article 15 proceedings being set aside and the Client’s rank restored.
