Accused of Sexual Assault by a Civilian

Steph represented a Petty Officer Second Class who was originally accused of sexual assault by a civilian and staunchly asserted his innocence. Steph aggressively represented the Client through the process, communicating with NCIS, the Office of the Special Trial Counsel, and the command. OSTC declined to prosecute, and Client was told he was being taken to NJP. He turned it down and met with leadership. He was ultimately given a NPLOC for minor conduct unrelated to the allegations.
