Cheating on the E-7 exam

Client was taken to nonjudicial punishment for cheating on the E-7 exam. She would have turned down the NJP if she could have because she was not guilty, but she was attached to a ship and had no choice. Her CO ignored her statement and evidence and found her guilty, then sent her to an ADSEP Board for an OTH. Steph put together such a compelling case, the board members found NO BASIS and exonerated her in only 7 minutes.
