Navy flyer retained Steph to represent him when he tested positive for cocaine with no apparent source of exposure. Steph refused to back down in the face of an unreasonable command. The ADSEP Board members were absolutely shocked to learn of the possible sources of innocent exposure. Members found NO BASIS and Client continued his Navy career.
