Client was a Naval Officer facing allegations of fraternization and false official statement. Through Abby’s representation, Client was found not guilty of the false official statement. Abby responded to the Report of Nonjudicial Punishment in such a compelling way that PERS notified the Client that she WOULD NOT be required to show cause for retention in the Naval Service. She was ultimately able to request restoration of her AQD.
