Steph represented a Marine Corporal who was accused of sexual misconduct in violation of Article 117a, UCMJ. The command was aggressively pursuing a court-martial. However, they were also aggressively trying to trample on the Marine’s rights. Steph called them out on multiple occasions and never failed to push back. The charges against the Client were dropped and he separated from the Marine Corps.
