Steph represented Client through a CMEO investigation for solicitation of sex from a civilian employee and showing her a video of himself engaging in sexual intercourse. Client turned down nonjudicial punishment and was taken to an ADSEP Board. Steph’s extensive case in mitigation resulted in a general discharge, and the Client was thrilled with the result.
